It is a Assam.#assamese salad. 😄 but we don't use vineger n oregano. We use other harbs.

In a small bowl add 3-4 chopped serrano peppers or to taste (authentic should be between 1.5 in - 3 in.), 3/4 cup of finely chopped tomato with seeds removed, 1/3 cup of finely chopped onion, and 1/3 cup of finely chopped cilantro/coriander. Add key lime juice, oregano, salt to taste. A dash of roasted cumin powder and freshly ground pepper is optional. Mix and let sit for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld in and eat no later than that day-- recipe from a Mexican.
