Lovely projects and yarn ❤. I am enjoying The Covenant of Water by Abraham Verghese at present. It is an epic story (700+ pages) set in India. Beautifully written 😊. His previous novel Cutting for Stone is also one of my favourites 📖

Wow - your Mill Hollow Shawl is so pretty - that shape is just up my street! Going to look at comments on your previous podcast to see the book recommendations.

Your new Princess Bride colorways are gorgeous! I finished a book that I really enjoyed that was character driven and were invested in their stories. A debut author, Amanda Peters, who wrote Berry Pickers. A great read. I’m going to have to check out your website for the new yarn❤

Oh! The Princess Bride is my most favourite movie! And I’m finally reading the book now! It’s just as good as the film! I think I missed the last episode so didn’t see the book request. I have to say that I read Tress of the Emerald sea after seeing your recommendation last year and it is one of my favourite reads this year! I love a well written book with strong thought out characters and my favourites are - The Ocean appt the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman, Still Life by Sarah Winman and the Nightingale by Kristin Hannah. I've never had any interest in Instagram but so many KZbinrs and KALs are there. So I signed in with Facebook and started following a few of my favorites, 2 or 3 days later my account got suspended (something about violating guidelines????) and I started the hoop jumping of email verification code, then mobile verification code but I've spent almost a week everyday submitting my phone # with no luck. I've had much better luck with Ravelry, I wish Instagram wasn't such a big deal. Anyway, rant over..... Happy Birthday month!!!!!🎉

Just found your podcast and really enjoyed it. I’m going to visit your shop to see what is there. You’ll have to have a Princess Bride colorway called Inconceivable.

Have you ever read any Carlos Ruis Zafon? The Shadow of the Wind is what I consider to be the ultimate book lover’s dream. I know what you mean about movies, books, stories where there is really little change in the characters’ world by the end. It’s like what was the point?!

Have you read When Crickets Cry by Charles Martin? That is a wonderful book!

If you haven’t read the Ranger’s Apprentice series, I would recommend that. It’s fantastic.

Love your video, can you tell me how you do your toe decreases, they look so neat, I find my ssk (knit 2 sts thru back loop) is always sloppy looking?

@@alicecollins8241 I do just use k2tog and ssk. Not sure what the difference is. Hmm.
