Nice house, but agent filming was walking so fast it was hard to determine exactly where we were in home. Floor plan would be nice to see. In intro we were told of a gourmet kitchen but barely got to see it. Backyard is not gorgeous at all, needs landscaping to block view of other homes and road so close. Is there a door from basement to backyard?

That HVAC drain line, in the utility room, is a trip hazard. Would not pass an inspection in my state.
