They need to do a celebrity Love Island. Contestants would be people from reality from around the world. Bravo has enough people and could have a Love Island Bravo but I do think it would be more interesting with stars from different shows around the world.

Your main demographic is women. Women want a plan. Women want editing . You guys need direction. You have money you can hire a good female editor producer with good banter who can really make things pop. Just some advice
