This was by far my favorite Kentucky afield video ever. Truely shows the spirit of Kentucky. And the boat launch was hilarious! Looks exactly like something I would do lol. Love it.

Cant say how precious life is to do something you did as young men close to 30 yrs ago and have the same amount of fun. I'll take this over the racial divide, hate & discontent going on today. Thanks for sharing.

This brought back happy memories. I too grew up limb lining a river with my uncle and cousins. And I limb lined with my daughter's when they were growing up. And I hope to limb line with my grandkids when they get a little older. Thanks for the great video!

Great video. This made my day. I went to high school here with Chad and Jarrod... two of the nicest, coolest guys you'd ever meet. Me and my brother's grew up fishin Salt river and running limb lines too. I still live close to it here. "Captain Joe and his trusty eskimo!" as Jarrod used to say.

Thank you for putting that little flathead back in. Let him get bigger. We put any flathead under five pounds back. My fishing buddy and I fish the Mississippi river for flatheads with bankpoles and catch a lot of 20-40 pounders in our secret spot.

Setting bluegill for catfish at the surface is a great way to catch herons, kingfishers, and other fish eating birds. Drop them low enough that you cannot see them.
@inthemwoods5237 жыл бұрын
ever get any snapping turtles like that?
@rickeggers6442 жыл бұрын
If you cross your safety chains, that will prevent the tongue of trailer from dropping to the road surface if the trailer should come off the ball. A trailer tongue sliding on ther road surface has a potential of hanging on something and flipping.
