@@Stubborn214 sure. First thing, peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR) is the VELOCITY; it’s not the volume of air. The peak velocity is 10-12 L/sec. And TLC is the total volume that ventilates the lung in a breath. And TLC is about 5-6 L. These two things indicate different things, with different units. They can’t be compared.
