I spoke with writer/director/amazing human being Emerald Fennell on her sophomore feature, Saltburn at the 30th annual film festival. First of all, thank you to Rosa & everyone at Fons for their support and allowing me to do this interview! Your work means the absolute world to me and I am so grateful for everyone at Fons. Thank you to Kristen, Jennifer and Travis at AFF for selecting my affiliation to attend the festival and do coverage, I am so immensely grateful for AFF and everything you do for film. Thank you to my parents for braving the storm with me at 9:00 am and having a very cheap umbrella to go do this interview, I love and appreciate you. Thank you to Rachel for watching Saltburn with me and leaving class immediately to go watch the film early. And of course, thank you to Emerald for the advice, and being such a huge inspiration. I am so immensely grateful and honored to every single person who helped me during AFF.
