Salted Fish Fried Rice Recipe

I love this flavored rice so I made our version of Salted Fish Fried Rice Recipe.
We published several rice recipes but I have to say that this is one of my favorites. It's simple, easy to cook, and also flavorful.

*Procedure:
1. Soak the dried fish in hot water for 30 minutes. Afterward, shred it into pieces.
2. Soak the dried shrimp and remove it from the water after half an hour.
3. Cook scrambled eggs.
4. Sauté garlic, ginger, and white onion.
5. Add the carrot and green peas.
6. Combine the rice and add the other ingredients plus seasonings.
7. Garnish with spring onion.
8. Serve on a platter. Enjoy!
