Please please continue to show how to completely clean the fish from the inside and out. I am learning so much from your cooking channel Mrs. Sros.
@tinepone4 жыл бұрын
In several of Sros’ videos not all of the insides are actually removed. It’s both a cultural practice to waste nothing, and some parts that western countries remove are considered delicacies in other eastern countries. Assuming that’s not your cultural practice, To clean a fish on your own, yank out the insides, carve out the gills, then wash with water (and/or lemon). The fish should be noticeably flat in the when laid in its side. It’s not complicated once you start- I learned from watching youtubers myself :-)

in the philippines or filipino markets they’re called Dalagang Bukid. Their english name is Yellowtail Fusilier. The crunchy skin and it’s soft/moist meat goes so well together! 😋

I don't understand why you season everything, especially seafood, with chicken powder?
@carolinashirk76584 жыл бұрын
I’d say for the same reason many Latin- Caribbean people season almost everything with Adobo or Haitian s with Epis or some other Latin Americans with Sazon
