Control knob came off ours, got replacement which keeps falling off. Tried to grill bacon but it made so much smoke I just fried it instead. Good as slow cooker though.

should put some water in it n put the food on top of the rack and steam it unless u decide to cook the rice at the same time...u can just steam the food on the rack while waiting for the rice to cook below.
