Salted codfish, Boiled twice & flaked
1 tomato, diced
1 tbsp or more ketchup
A little hot water
FRESH Thyme
Black peppers
6 fresh Okra, sliced
1 can dry lima beans
Scotch bonnet peppers, minced
2 stalks of scallion, diced
