Do new sleeveless options show LDS garments aren’t about modesty?

I have gotten yeast infections and garments pressing into me with weight gain. I also had embarrassing talk with a leader about bottoms wearing because there were no good garments for pregnancy(2014) I've been frustrated with garments since I was 24 . at 26 I was writing to distribution how to make the stretch cotton and how to make good nursing tops and pregnancy bottoms(( yall are welcome for that. )) but it took 2 years before I saw my suggestions implemented. At 35 I'm still frustrated now I've discovered linen and how it breathes and I feel frumpy and ugly. I just want a v neck without underboob too- it rides up ! I live in Kansas with 90F temps and 60%+humidity in summer I'm dying ! I just want breathable linen v neck with no sleeve no under boob seam. since I sew I'm just going to make my own because I'm sick and tired of sweating to death and feeling like the garment doesn't make me feel close to God because I'm hot and grumpy. I'm tired of superficial modesty culture too. and the only instruction I've heard in the temple to wearing is "to wear them throughout my life", unless they've changed that in the temple with recent changes .

Thank you for Stretch Cotton! I wish they made a version with its the inner panel fabric Stretch Cotton Mesh, as it seems cooler, stretchy and better with moisture. But I wonder how much Cotton is in those mesh panels or if it's all spandex

There are cotton garment bottoms which can be used for those prone to yeast infections. They should reduce the moisture retained vs the synthetic fabrics.

At 15:32 you discuss that it is the symbols on the garment that matter, rather than the style: the church very explicitly said that you aren't supposed to alert the garments to wear specific styles of clothing. That says to me that the style does hold great importance. Until it changes...

Could the delay in selling in the US be as simple as trying to sell off the current stock before the new tops are offered? Seems a business decision. Look at some of the old materials that went to waste bc next to no women want the mesh anymore. Given the choice, I think the vast majority of women will want the tank type style. You want to use the word "white privilege". Give me a break. How about calling it a "Utah Privilege". Try living in the south with the humidity there and wearing a garment top, a bra on top of that and then a shirt. If you have a sleeveless dress that means 4 layers.

Buisness-wise it makes a lot of sense! If they release sleeveless ones in Utah, NO ONE will buy the sleeved version and they'll be stuck with a whole lot of stock.
