Hello Kevin, we also have an induction hob similar to yours but ours is 1800 watt and the water only boils in 2 minutes which is much faster than yours. We bought it at Canadian Tire on special for $69. I plan to buy a double induction hob to eventually have the Frigidaire brand induction cooker later when we can afford it. Thanks for sharing and have a nice week.

Did you say "only 1500 watts" lol... the average household outlet can really only do 1800 watts on the high end, and I have really only seen these cooktops go up to 1800 watts, and I can't imagine 300 extra watts will do a whole lot extra, maybe cut 1.5 mins of time off ur 1.5liter boil I would guess.

How do you power off the device after warming up food for example? Or do I have to unplug it?

I bought a switchable plug which I can switch the unit on and off at the wall, I prefer this. You can get them off amazon and come in a set of 2 or 4 else just unplug it but always wait for it to cool down first, so hit the power button on the front, let it cool down and then pull it out or switch it off at the wall

Hello Kevin, is it just me or the fan seems loud?
@KevinPon.2 жыл бұрын
Hi Lin, it's only loud when cooling down. It's not that noticeable when you're busy cooking 🍻
