Beautiful! Love the narrative. While the price is too expensive for me and most of us , this is the place we dream to call home! Thanks for a wonderful presentation 🥰

I usually don’t like people talking through a whole video, but you did a pretty good job. Smiley face.

I hope you can file for a Land Conservationship before you sell. If this beautiful area is sub divided into development, it would be divestating. There are several areas here in CO where convservationship has been established, retaining the rural areas for generations to come.

Considering most nuclear fall out maps that I've seen, this seems like a perfect property to ride out a nuclear holocaust. Secluded, self sustaining and far away from any city large enough to get nuked. Convert this to a 100% off grid farm with more agro and live stock, hook up a water filtration plant to the freshwater pond and you're all set. Just bring the right people who are willing to work hard and contribute equally to the community.

$5,000,000 to live where it's bitterly cold 9 months a year. Not to mention the state is as blue as blue can get. I think I'll stay here in small town Dixie.

The blue here has been coming in from blue states for the past 20 years. The red is being pushed inland from our beautiful coastline due to driven home costs but the red is still here and alive!

The cold does tend to keep the riffraff out.

@@RGVPrisoner I've seen Maine. Drove through it once. More riffraff than Denver. Very few work for a living which is why it's so blue.

Nothing really special about this 2,000 sf house with a detached garage and a couple of outbuildings. Nice property, but I'm not getting the feeling that it's worth nearly $50,000/acre -- unless you can chop it up and sell it at a profit, thus ruining the selling points presented here. No, thanks.

Maybe you'd rather have a small, 2 bdrm apartment in NYC instead?
@BobG1276 ай бұрын
@@kwhatten No thanks. Don't misunderstand. This is a pretty property, just way overpriced for what it is, in my estimation. I have a nicer home, slightly smaller, on a smaller lot. To each his own.
