There had to be at least a health mod, bc the heavy sniper is 1 shot without bst 99% of the time, and most of Uvspro shots had to hit 2 sometimes 3x for that other guy to die but when the opponent hit Uvspro it was 1 shot

The guy using modmenu to teleport, 1 shot killing players using BST and with amnesia and hypocrisy of not remembering that his friend was griefing and killing other players (which if his intention was not to look for PvP, he made a big mistake), and still giving modkick and wanting to be moral about "using macro". This is the experience in 2023 of playing GTA on PC, players who use modmenu think they are gods and almost never ask questions, they just talk nonsense, do stupid things and whoever disagrees will, with great luck, just receive a modkick. Not all modders will be like this, but most experiences will be like this, more disappointments than fun... This is why many PC gamers prefer to play in invite-only, friends-only or private sessions, and avoid public sessions or PvP as much as possible.
