I have a theory about "the word". All the words actually. 1: People in a corner will default to say the worst thing they can think of. 2: They think you will be banned if they say it to you. 3) "The word" is not really a thing in Europe and doesn't carry the same history and connotations as in American English so people throw it around way more. 100% agree. Sacred words to Americans are not sacred in other places. Even if American blaspheme codes were taken as universal, the theology of who can say what and in which circumstances is not easy to disentangle online.

It is sad but you also have to keep in mind the time aspect of games like this. Hitbo literally gets paid to play this game where majority work normal jobs or go to school and then play this in their free time. If you spent 8 hours of your day working and only have like 3 to 4 hours max to play sot and 3 of those hours are spent getting trolled by hitbo you would probably be pretty upset to. Especially if you had loot that took you hours to pile up as well. The thing that's more sad than getting that upset in a video game is not being able to comprehend or empathize with the other players in the game lol
