Phish, I don't think your channel is dying. I don't claim to understand what's going on behind the scenes, but I do know what I see publicly. You have a loyal base of subscribers, Twitch viewers, and discord users who will watch whatever you make because you made it (versus people who prefer a specific type of content). Your personality, editing style, and the way you present yourself keeps those people coming back every video. While it may take longer for these type of people to find your channel, i'm sure they will.
