This is so ahead of it's times, only a genius could put this off. Hands down. And yeah it's very Gaga! in a good way. Lady Gaga studied in the NYU School of the Arts as far as I know. I bet the similarities between the word Dada and Gaga are not just coincidence ;) It's nice to see pop stars doing something really applause-worthy.
