We need more people like you to document first hand how safe it is now. Pupuseria Suiza is one of my favorites. Great pupusas! You talk about culture, places and food in your videos. Our Pupusas are the BEST....Thanks for visiting Our Country. Yessss, thanks to Our New President it is much safer. As Salvadorean's We are so Happy to be able to go back. Food and activities are overall low cost, and you can negotiate with ppl if on a budget. The El Tunco area is a bit high since it's a tourist/local hub. Pay with USD. I have a connect there that safely take you all around the country if you want his info. Email me (in the vid link)

Pupusas are not tacos, they are eaten with your hands but you don't break them as if they are tacos. Different way of enjoying the NATIONAL dish of El Salvador and there is history as to why and how to eat them, and why they came to be.
