This brought back a good memory :). When my dad and I didn’t know what to eat he was like “I have an idea” and made those for us to eat (except we put some cheese inside)

can you freeze them if you got left over?
@saryskitchen29687 жыл бұрын
Marlene Mendoza I think you can, just make sure you save it really tight so it doesn't get any freezer burn. :)

Any cornstarch or a specific kind?

How long do you boil them for? Mine were barely coming out of the peel, but I could tell that they had been in for too long-- way too mushy and watery. It was like working with pumpkin innards. Also, why don't you remove the seeds before boiling them? Wouldn't that be easier?
@mayamontenegro71196 жыл бұрын
hugesinker Noooo...is better to boil then like that and with the skin. Is much easier to do it this way. And you have to boil then until they get soft about 20 to 25 mins...
@saryskitchen29686 жыл бұрын
hugesinker Hi! I boiled them for about 25 minutes. The thing is that you have to make sure your plantains are ripe, but no to much, because they get mushy and it's very hard to work with them. As for the seeds, is way easier to get them out when they're cooked. I hope you can try it again and this time you enjoy making them!
