As a master mariner with over 20 years exp at Sea, this is something I would never want to exp. in my life. There was some medical issue with some crew and the fight onboard led to damage to the engine/electrical controls while the vessel was on a SW course of Mauritius towards Atlantic Ocean. Resultant was thst all engine power was lost and vessel drifted towards the island and aground. 94 Miles off aftsr her salvage she sunk to 4400m to the bed of Indian Ocean. The Salvage Video is exceptional, the hard work that goes into this is remarkable esp removal of fuel oil fm Engine room and working machinery and bunker tanks. Kudos to the salvors.

Your video has So many good and unusual scenes that I hesitate to point out the weak spots. The sound level for the back round music is very distracting. I tried turning down the sound on my IPad and that helped. I think the actual physical setup for ship salvage is where my interest lies. More videography time spent on the physical aspect of the operation would seem worth doing. Setting up tow cables, on the spot videos of the actual repair made to the hull. Your video crew does great work and captures the massive project with all the attending helicopters, massive sea going tugs and the huge tasks involved in just towing an otherwise sound ship just a few hundred yards to safety. The in flight helio shots were unique and added another aspect of drama to an other wise static project. Except for the equipment and men moving here and there on and near the ship there is no action, I mean the ship doesn't move an inch, until it is dragged free of the basalt outcropping and returned to the open sea. I would like to have seen the actual movement off the rocks. Since the salvage of the ship was the point of this video. I liked it very much and am going to sucrose. Thank you the real purpose of this video

The geared bulker Benita ran aground on reefs near the small city of Mahebourg, Mauritius, on June 17, reportedly due to an attempted mutiny and a brawl among her 23 Taiwanese and Filipino crew. The London P&I Club - the Benita's insurer - said in a statement that the vessel had grounded because "a crew member . . . suffered a serious medical episode which led to him attacking one colleague before causing extensive damage to the engine room systems that led to a loss of power to the vessel."
