Salvaged Suzuki SJ410 pickup 4x4 - restoration project

I just picked up one like this colour the same as your finished one! I am from Canada and the story behind this is as such This old gentleman had this old suzuki truck these old machines were not very common as the full cab were the norm I would go every year and ask the old fella sell me that jeep and year after year it was no! The old fella is at a ripe old age of 87 so as before I knocked on the door and he and his wife were their and I said to him well you going to sell me that old jeep and finally he said yes. so I went out and picked up the old jeep today and the old fella helped me load it up and off I went. The old jeep is in great shape considering it was in the grass year after year so the journey has begun!

A lovely pickup restored to an excellent original finish/appearance, l drove a 413 pickup for a year and it didn,t miss a beat, the world needs more vehicles like this, not the modern electronic laden rubbish they try to sell you.

Hi I found one of there suzuki sj410 for sale in canada with 91,000km so just under 60,000 miles he is selling it for 6500.00 its in good shape for the age the bed only has rust on it just wondering if that is a good price or not?

91k on this round. on 100k the odometer does back to 0, so you cannot really know how many km he did.

Thanks for the complements. I didn't know anything about the car component. I've learned everything along the way. That's why it took me a year to disassembly it. I took plenty of pictures and market all the screws and electric cables so I'll know how to assembly it back. you can read more on the project website: www.projectsjk.com Do you have the same car? the pickup version? No I don't, I have the convertible version, with hard top. I'm from Peñafiel a small village of Castile and Leon, and you? The SJ was my grandfather's and I want to restore it in his honor. The car has few faults but I know very little about this and I looking for information on the internet.
