Salvagnini bending: B3.ATA press brake kit production

The B3 adaptive press brake, designed by combining the features and benefits of electric and hydraulic press brakes with Salvagnini’s in-depth knowledge of automation, software, mechanics and electronics, is suitable for kit production. Thanks to MAC2.0 adaptive technology the machine automatically compensates for variations in material features, guaranteeing high quality and automatic adaptiveness, to match Industry 4.0 requirements. ATA automatic tool adjusters, available for both the upper and lower tools, allow kit or batch production, with changeover taking just a few seconds and simple intuitive programming. As a result of these outstanding, integrated solutions, B3 press brake is suitable for one-piece flow and customized on-demand production: in this case, we bent 3 different parts made of different materials and thicknesses in little more than 4 minutes, tooling included.
