+Paul Santaromana Perfect. Contact your local Salvagnini rep and ask him for a sample program for your model to bend the hinge. It is standard programming, a bumped radius to create an oblong curl and finally a FLD command to round it out. No ABS needed. Let me know how it works out.

So i guess salvagnini panel bender cannot bend reverse 90 degrees on same sheet

Yes of course Salvagnini panel benders can make reverse bends - since 1977. What kinds of parts do you make?

@@skido7 yes but think of a sheet metal in X axis and from one edge its bended upwards and from other edge its bended downwards. That sheet wont come out after 2nd bend. And again think of a triangular bending position facing X axis. The bending head wont take the right position. It will only bend if the metal comes from zero degree position on all edges. However its still good tho but in some of my products it has to collaborate with a press brake.

@@TheYavy If a panel finished with 2 sides up & 2 sides down, then yes for sure we finish this part on a brake. 3 sides up & 1 side down can be formed complete with the need of a brake.
