Add anti-cavitation additive to your coolant!! Diesels can cause cavitation which can bore holes between the cylinder walls,since your Perkins engine doesn't have sleeved cylinders if it cavities you can't just change sleeves!!! You'd have to have the block bored and be sleeved,or get a new block! Did you say you couldn't get an owner 's manual!??

Hello and thank you for this information, I wasn’t aware , I left the project pending and notice last min half of the video were mute , I was using social media help me merge video , unfortunately it was a failure, could you please explain what is anti cavitation ? I was actually considering in exchanging it with red coolant for commercial vehicle, to sure if is a good idea to flush it and change it , I would be interested in hearing your though , thanks again

Cavitation is air pockets caused by water being excited by forces such as vibration by Diesel engines especially between cylinders. It can literally bore small holes between the cylinder walls! Looks like someone drilled 1/16 diameter holes right through!!
