Listening to Dave talking about his emotional/mental struggles is so simultaneously sad but also very encouraging at the same time. To be able to put those things into words is so hard, like unbelievably hard, and to hear someone put those indescribable feelings into words is kind of a breath of fresh air. I think people like to pretend that shit doesn't happen and just hide from it, but for him to talk about it, and broadcast it too, is something that needs to happen more. ESPECIALLY from men. No matter which culture you're from, there's always a stigma against men going through tough emotional times, and to step up and be able to say these things is encouraging to a person going through something similar and encouraging to read the comments and there's primarily support to these difficult conversations from men. So thank you Dave!

As a person who’s actually being diagnosed with major depression and anxiety by a neuropsychiatrist, that feeling in your stomach and chest is not just by being heartbroken, it’s called an anxiety attack and it causes a deep pain, your hands to be numb and like a rush of blood in your whole body, your heart pounds and yes, I also have a huge fear of rejection, I know that feeling exactly. You should see a doctor, Dave. 💗

Wow. Dave is like bitter....like the way he says some things ....makes him sound like his loneliness has made him really bitter. Wow! Dave, Fighting! I hope you have a family 🙏🏼💗 Sounds like Woo is definitely your Brother so I hope you find more people that become your family members so you feel & can live in that support we all need. When I lived alone for 4 years I opened myself up to people & in a few months I had a Mom, a Dad, an Aunt & Uncles, lots of sisters & brothers figures & I could deal with life then bc they opened their lives to me too. I was really lonely & depressed too so I prayed & asked God for a family & from unexpected places people lovingly came into my life & became my family 🙏🏼💗💗💗 I will pray that for you Dave. We all need a family, friends that become family mean so much bc they’re the family you choose & they choose you right back. They mean so much. So Thankful that Woo is your True Bro & is so there for you 🙏🏼💗💗💗💕

Omg I relate so much to that pain, hurt and depth in your stomach when someone breaks up with you that y’all were trying to explain. And you can’t even get yourself to do what you’re supposed to in daily life...Sometimes I even get literal chest pains during heartbreak. Feel likes my bones ache; all of that 😭 Whew. Just started watching/listening to this podcast and love the vulnerability from you guys.
