It's just another day at the office for the self-proclaimed Freelance Police when the Commissioner calls in with a disturbing report: former child stars are running amok in the street! What starts as an open-and-shut case of idiotic vandalism balloons into an all-out conspiracy as Sam and Max encounter one miscreant after another who have been mysteriously hypnotized. (You can tell from the "spinny thing" they do with their eyes.)
Who's the source of this malfeasance, and what is their dastardly plan? Cracking this case will require Sam's nose for detective work, Max's lack of conscience, an assortment of inventory items, and a little help from neighbors Sybil Pandemik, Bosco, and Jimmy Two-Teeth. From Sam & Max's street to the White House lawn, inside the internet, and all the way to the moon, this baffling mystery gets weirder and funnier as it unfolds."

Back watching this again in 2024! ^u^ Such a fun story! Only downside to the remastered version is that the lighting is softer, so the facial distortion they used for eyebrows doesn't leave the same shadows as the original. Makes the expressions harder to read.

There are 2 dialogue options missing with Bosco. #1 Sam: "Mind telling us how you came to be a woman?" Max: "Did you use lasers, or just do it the old fashioned way?" Bosco: "Are you sassin' me? Boy, I will whoop your behind so hard you won't be able to see straight!" Max: "But I don't see out of my behind." Bosco: "You will after I'm through with you!" #2 Sam: "So how are those Bosco-tech breasts holdin' up?" Bosco: "Oh these are all natural, honey." Max: "I'm not gonna lie, I like 'em bosomy." Bosco: "Oh Max, you take up after your father." Max: "Ok, you just crossed the line, pal!" Sam: "Easy, Max. Theoretically, we have even more disturbed people to worry about right now." They removed Bosco's dialogue as not to offend the trans cult.
