I watched Sam the other day from audition to winning. Here is this quiet, sweet, kind sounding mom, wife, prison guard and she sings like that! I loved it every time she said “now I need a cuppa tea”. So down to earth with a voice from heaven. I was SO blown away, I told my husband there was this woman he HAD to watch with me that was shown on the X Factor on KZbin. He had this look on his face. (You know the one. Oh, lord, please help me.) We started watching it last night. She opened her mouth and my husband fell off the couch!!!! We have a good surround sound system and he kept telling me to turn it up, turn it up, turn it up! OMG!!! He stayed up and watched every single one as I enjoyed watching it all over again. All she has to do is open her mouth and you are blown away EVERY single time. I have never, ever had a playlist in my life. Now, I have one and she’s the only one on it!

Agree fully with your comment. Sam Bailey is probably the only one contestant that could sing perfectly from start to finish. And each time, it got better and better ! Remember "Listen", the first one. She put the stakes high and won, and the last, "Skyscraper", a pure joy to listen to. No wonder that hubby fell off the couch, lol !
