this is the first edit I've watched that has the last episode scenes in t, needless to say I cried like a baby. Why do people say that Sam got a happy ending? Poor man was alone in a huge bunker without his family and friends and probably spent years that way until finally meeting someone that could eventually help him move on. And even when he did move on and "kept fighting" you could see he was incomplete until he got to be with his brother again.

I don't think it was so much that Sam had a "happy" ending, so much as it was Dean's happy ending for Sam. Dean always wanted Sam to have a life, away from hunting as much as he could, when he was little. He wanted him to have a "regular" life, which he did get. And Sam was happy, you can see he and Little Dean having a good time together. I wish they had shown the interaction with the wife a little bit, and if they are all hunters.... that would've been cool

@@martinavega9536 No argument there. There was a piece of him torn away, he would never be whole without Dean. But Sam is a fighter and made the most of it. I was disappointed in the last episode in heaven, no one was happy to see anyone. Dean, Bobby, Sam . . . It was like they expected them to be there, so no reaction. For Dean it was only a couple hours, but Sam was 20-30 years, he should have been elated to see Dean, not that soft smile they had him give.
