In 1981 I discovered arguably the greatest guitar-songwriter I'd ever heard . A young working class boy from Fife singing about the hardship he and his family went through during the miners strike, etc. That boy was called Stuart Adamson . 40 years later I heard for the first time a working class geordie lad who sings about his North East upbringing , family , relationships and hardships. His name is Sam Fender . I've waited 40 years for these raw songs sung from the heart . You are a raw talent that is rarely found in the music scene . You deserve all the success in the world Sam . I forget the name of the producer/songwriter she recorded with but one thing he said hits home about you Sam Fender and band................Success really is no accident.
