It looks like a modern lung powered portative organ. Portative organs are a late medieval and Renaissance "pneumatic keyboard". They were hand powered by bellows either by pumping them or raising a weighted bellows. Even church organs in the Baroque and Classical era were still hand powered. Bach (and all organists) had apprentices that would pump the organs.
