Hi Derek , do you know what would be the best NAICS code for a virtual call center?

It's not an area they are buying a lot of on SAM.gov. I would spend time trying to do proof of concept work on a virtual call center to see this. We cannot approach the government with what we want to sell. We have to learn what the government needs to buy and work backwards to provide that form them if we want to have a viable offer.

It's not an area that I've focused on with the channel because Leasing language is very different from the other contracts we look at it, and you need someone on your team who can accurately read it.
