I haven't been on too many roads where the speed limit is 30. Plenty of 25s, lots of 35s, 40s are pretty common, and the ubiquitous 45s. Maybe it was a 25 and he was rounding up or maybe it was a 35 and it just didn't fit the rhyming scheme well. Maybe 30 mph roads are more of a thing where he lives. Nice song
