You'll never make big money working for someone. You need to own a business to really build wealth. Owning assets is what is rewarded in this country

That is literally the worst way to build wealth. Working as an employee means you pay bills and survive, but unless you have a 6 figure job you're not getting ahead.

#1 thing in sales is understanding your customers problem and solve it how they want it solved You have to learn to read people and understand them and then sales is easy

Investing vro, best investment in my life was buying 80s chevy box. You can have all investments and all but you never be cool as me, while i'm cruzing my 2 tone black full chrome wagon through the eastern european industrial ghetto. I become Nr ONE Stunna for like 4k $$$. All i need is more $$$ to buy 80s fleetwood, they are like 5-6k. Cruzing big body caddy through soviet blocks hood...man. Why i'm writing this ? Because sometines you don't need all the money, you need to be smart. I could be working my ass off for some new cool bmw or audi, i mean 10-14y old bmw or audi, in eastern europe 14-10y cars are still new. But i wend smart way, i buy some old us made hoopte, it was cheap and it ran. Now i have the coolest car in the hood, i'm happy, my friends are happy, even my dad is happy because this car reminds him of 70-80s moves he watched as a kid. This car is old junk but amount of joy this junk bring to me is insane. Money is only is a means to achieve/get something and their value is arbitrary, if you get your mind right you can get a lot of joy in life for not that much money. All life i try too understand Amercians, they always talking about money, investing and depression while they are living in the richest country in the word. You can go to work in some 7/11 or somting and get more money then most ppl here after uni. Costs of living in US in many ways are cheper then here, we have public health care but is only good when you want to die in pain. If you want good health care you need too pay...and pay in CASH. Private health insurance, we don't do this here. Apart from economic crises and coruption we here have; wars and system changes every 30-40y. You can try to invest, get good job or create a company, you win with coruption, mafia and fucket up tax system...too bad WAR TIME. Thats why plaing your whole life is so surreal to me, i probably going to die in some stupid war in like 2-6y, and that war will be with other slavs with act like me, looks like me and we probably play CS GO together. I like watching those sam and nick cips because they are so surreal to me, this is like watching something from different reality.

i actually don't know what a salesman does. I worked as a repair tech/mechanic for about 7 years and tech support for 5. The salesman do not know anything about the product at any company. All they do is say yes to everything the customer wants, and when they need actually work they ask my department. They talk to the customer. I don't know who initiates this conversation. My company has dealers by the way. You don't buy direct from us. So the salesman does what? He gives you the phone number for the dealer? He writes down your questions and emails them to me? He promises the world to the customer and then commits me to go take care of it? At what point are these people doing something?
@letztersohndesabendlandes7471
@letztersohndesabendlandes7471 Ай бұрын
Depends on the product. I sell tech into a very old-school industry. It's a product that these companies either don't know exists, or that they haven't gone out of their way to research because they don't know how valuable it could actually be to them. I fish through a sea of non-customers looking for the small percentage who need exactly what I provide. And then I say what needs to be said to get them to look at the product and start helping us figure out how we can make a deal work - and yes, sometimes that involves saying yes to things that are kind of a stretch, which I get is irritating on the product/operations side. But it gets us into a room with the customer and the product people, figuring out how we can make a deal work, even though we might only solve 90% of the problem the customer would like to have solved.
