I finally finished this season today, so now I can go back and watch all of the videos I saw pop up in my feed. Okay, I didn't know that I was going to love Jack SO MUCH. He is trying his best, and that is all anybody can ask. His relationship with Sam is so sweet. I feel what you said about the writers throwing away Sam's non-Dean relationships after a couple of episodes. Those boys and their bond will forever and always be my favorite part of this show (and tv in general), but it is nice when other relationships are developed so organically. THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!

When Sam told him to kill him. I knew he had officially become his father. Have you seen God of War? The 2018 reboot? In that version Kratos says something that I have never fully shaken. And Alex showed us what an incredible actor he is and how he can stand his ground next to J2M.
