Sam so down to earth and humble, one of the most shy sports stars unbelievable human. 4 years on she has extended to at least 6 all in all... Sam Kerr is the best forward to ever to play in the WSL heading and just the threat of breaking any offside trap. Only Chelsea women's player to finish top 3 in the Balon D'or the highest scorer in the WSL since she joined.The third Chelsea player to be on the cover of FIFA after Frank Lampard and Eden Hazard. She is only 7 goals behind Fran Kirby on 106 goals playing at least 60games less.😅 She is not technical but I understand why she wanted to play Aussie rules rugby because she is unreal in the air such a clutch player can finish with both feet absolute assassin lost for words📝👌😝

Dude, Get it right. She wanted to play Aussie Rules football (AFL), not Aussie rules rugby (ARL), two totaly different formats/games, as a kid. She is so good that she could excel at whatever sport she wanted to play.

Tbh, the relationship between Sam, Guro, Millie and Erin is such that whenever one extended their contract, I was pretty assured that they all would. So when Guro and Erin signed long contracts last year, I was pumped obviously for them but also in the knowledge that that probably meant Sam and Millie would too. I honestly can’t imagine any of the four leaving whilst they are nailed on starters. Like you never know once a player stops being a regular starter what will happen - they’re all super competitors and have important national team careers so when that happens, it’s a question as to whether they will be happy to stay rather than seek opportunities elsewhere - that’s what happened with CT. However, with all four being crucial to the team and along with Niamh, basically the leadership team - I just could never see one of them deciding to move away from the other 3. They’re such good mates!
