I really like how he says that it's our game and we are free to interpret it as we choose. You can tell he definitely has the mind of an artist. He is one of the few people in the industry I can actually listen to.

@UndeadAaronGames actually, what he is saying here is that a story has it's own nature but it changes basing on who is living it/telling it etc... So we see it in the viewpoint of Alan Wake witch is different from Alice or any other character of course. So, basing on the narrator the story is always gonna be biased no matter what. I agree with you, he is really an artist!

I always loved the first game, belive or not it was because for this game I became a HUGE fan of Stephen King's work lol

It was always so strange to me that the first game had such a small audience. I remember when it came out I was so excited and couldn't figure out why none of my friends were playing it. Then years later it started finally started getting more players. I kind of feel like that's typical remedy. They do stuff so differently, most people stay away from their games for years. Its funny, some gamers like to complain that games are boring and all the same. Then Remedy releases a game a nobody plays it because it's different..so Here's to those of us who that were there from the start. I'm glad there is enough of us out there , that are able to keep then in business, they are hands down my favorite game studio. A really cool fact (you may already know) Sam Lake really wanted to use a quote from Stephen King to open Alan Wake 1. Sam thought it would be too expensive , but he reached out to King anyway. After King read the Alan Wake script , he sold the quote to Remedy for 1 dollar. Not many games can say they have Stephen Kings official stamp of approval
