Sam needs to drop the 'MAGA-style, poor me' attitude about media criticism. If he wants real respect, he should focus on taking control of the struggling football program. Leadership isn’t about deflecting blame or claiming all the credit. Strong leaders own the good and the bad. Someone needs to remind him of that.
