box of moonlight and lawn dogs both from the late 90's like 96' and 97' respectively i do believe if i remember correctly are by far the 2 best movies sam rockwell as ever acted in, although all of his movies are worth a look...but the 2 i mentioned are just so independent and so perfect it is scary.....the movies that never get any recognition are the flicks that are usually the best. im quite the movie buff and even though you may not know me from adam TRUST ME you will not be disappointed....

@BarryWhitwell thanks for answering that question. I think Sam Rockwell was at his best in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. He really deserves better roles and work. George Clooney, Drew Barrymore pics are okay but they are just that: okay. I know he could do more challenging roles. but he's not getting many chances.
