Sam's Club has Rotisserie Chickens in the Plastic Containers! 🍗

I'm sharing my first experience with Sam's Club with you! I have been a loyal member of Costco for years and years, but since my first trip to Sam's Club, I am finding so many awesome perks and gems hidden in plain sight. Are there things wrong with Sam's Club? Of course! There are things that are wrong with Costco too!

I have had both for years. Some things are better at Costco, and some things are better at Sam's. It just depends on what one needs. I shop for a business as well as my personal needs and for a few of my elderly neighbors. The "plastic things" are recycled.

Sams rotisserie chcicken has always been better..much better seasonings even when those both used thr same packaging for decades 😊

Both stores have their place in our shopping routine. There are benefits and challenges at both . Any shopper knows, that that you use many different stores, to maximize your shopping dollar.

Sam's rotisserie chickens are smaller than Costco's, but Sam🤠's are usually done through, while Costco's often need a few minutes in the oven at home.

The Costco one by me is definitely done, though prefer it a little less done since I usually reheat it. I sometimes end up sticking half into the freezer to use days later.

Y'know, all that rotisserie chicken is way over salted and i won't buy it from anywhere. But, have to say, the less plastic the better.

Many grocery stores are selling rotisserie chickens. That's how they get rid of whole chickens with use by dates that are about to expire

I'd rather buy a whole chicken and cook it the way I want, without all that injected brine. And with the seasonings I want. Yes, it's cheaper that way at Costco or Sam's. But I'm not getting one even every month.

I've never lived anywhere near a Costco, so Sam's Club has always been the only option for me. I'd love to hear some comparisons because honestly, I haven't seen anything to make me think they're significantly different from each other in any way.

Costco changed the container they put the rotisserie chicken in it used to be the plastic container like he is showing. Now, it is in a plastic bag. And people are mad

Get four every time we go ! My dogs get them because their 7 8 $ each in Bremen at Ingles for tiny not worth three$ each and I refuse to pay it so I usually just lucky get them right out of the oven the last two times we went! I use a breast or two for chicken salad but I feed my dog babies them ! Don’t come for me I love my dogs their my children and they love it mixed with their dog food! 😢

Our Costco quit doing the plastic containers last month and moved to bags. Lots of people complained. I even asked the worker and he said he wishes they still did the plastic containers! If you play the points game, you can earn your membership back, but it would be hard to do at 2 warehouse clubs!

where i live, costco is leagues below Sams club. you can scan ur items via ur phone so u can just checkout and they scan ur phone on the way out. heck, u can even order a pizza while u shop to avoid ANY line ha

Yeah, I like scan and go because I don't like that Wal-Mart is out here pretending to be on par with Costco! I drive 30-45 minutes out of my way to get to Costco. I've never had the chicken at either place. Costco isn't an errand. It's an experience. Sam's is another level of hell, so I do delivery to avoid ever going inside

Sam’s beats Costco hands down, and they make it so easy to shop, you don’t have to use a different form of payment with self checkout, vs a cashier, vs snack bar etc. And they have 3 times the sku’s

It's easier to find better, smaller things at Costco, but Sam's beats them in the bulk department and has better stuff online.

Never had a leak. It was a nice little boneyard as you pick the chicken apart, plus we washed it and found other uses for it. The plastic bag just feels like a cut corner.
