कचोरी समोसा भूल जाएंगे जब ऐसे टेस्टी मिनी ब्रेड पकोड़ा और ब्रेड पकोड़ा फिंगर बनाओगे/Mini Bread Pakoda
Ingredients:-
5 boiled potatoes
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chop green chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 spoon coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
chop coriander
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tbsp oil
white bread
ingredients for Pakoda batter:-
1.5 cup gram flour
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp carom seeds
Kasoori methi
1/4 tsp baking powder
chop coriander
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp all purpose flour
bread crumbs for bindings
.600 ml oil for frying
