Sam's off to Australia and Pride of Britain's Florrie Bark is here!!

This week we were very lucky to have the wonderful Florrie Bark pop by the studio to help co-host the first half of the pod... and safe to say, she showed us how it's done!
Florrie had a mission to get a TikTok with the boys after meeting them at this year's Pride of Britain... mission completed! She also told us all about her incredible charity @bemorefab and how it felt to win this year's Child of Courage award.
Once Florrie had vacated the premises and the boys were left to their own devices, we heard Pete's thoughts on his Strictly journey so far and Sam gave us his last thoughts before he is off to the jungle for a few weeks... all we can say is, good luck Joel Dommett!

This podcast just keeps getting better. I never miss an episode, and at the moment, I am mentally struggling. Seeing little Florrie in this episode made me smile and put things in perspective.
