I literally CRIED watching this and I’m not being dramatic. Sam is my favourite character on this show but also my favourite character ever. He’s just been through so much and always blames himself and has such little self worth. Even when he messes up, his choices are always backed by good intentions. He never fails to let the people he’s saved feel safe and loved. And I love him so much for that. Thank you for this edit it was so beautiful (and SAD IM STILL SOBBING)

I hate that he keeps getting blamed for things that weren't even entirely his fault or at all in the first place. Like the apocalypse wasn't all his fault, he was lost after his brother's death and he was manipulated and was always trying to do the right thing. And it was Dean who broke the first seal and Cas broke him out of the panic room, so the apocalypse was a team thing so Dean stop blaming it on Sam because he didn't know the truth of what killing Lillith would do, all he was trying to do is safe the world. I'm sorry I just needed to get all of this out.

Generally, there's so much more Sam trauma that isn't even featured in the video....like, don't even get me started about the cage, or whenever he has to work with Lucifer later on (...kudos to Jared though for always putting the gut clenching fear in Sam's eyes whenever Lucifer unexpectedly appears) or all the other trauma, violence and loss of bodily autonomy stuff that just keeps happening throughout the show and mainly is forgotten about... :/ I just want someone to speak up for Sam once in a while, cause he doesn't. He likes to talks about Dean's stuff, cause he know how it helps, but he doesnt touch his own issues with a ten foot pole. (Understandably.) But argh someone needs to, for him, and take care of him, too. (Sorry for rambling and ranting! All my Spn friends are fierce Dean fans, so I sometimes miss fellow Sam supporters and defenders (and if you're havent been creeped out by me yet, may I add you on tumblr or twitter or sth? :D my outbursts usually occur only about twice a year^^ ))

The writers never let sam talk about his traumas I love both sam and Dean equally but the writers basically just making everything about dean (don’t get me wrong I do love dean) the writers forget that sam has been hurt too but they barely let him talk about it and Dean has way more relationships with almost every character I barely see any sam and another character relationship (other than jack and rowena) and I feel you I just want to rant about sam and I want someone to speak up for sam too.
