ok let's try this again. *deep breath* this episode really screwed with my head, sam's death was so brutal and as if that wasn't horrifying enough for him already, he woke up alone in this cave, and the first person he sees is lucifer. idk it just really got to me, this storyline has been part of the show for so long but it's only now being adressed properly, and as much as it hurts to see sam so traumatized, so afraid and so ashamed, it's probably the most important storyline they have ever done for him, and jared handles it so delicately and his acting just brings me to my knees tbh. so while it drains me emotionally to watch sam go through that pain over and over again, it's so important for him if he ever wants to move on from it. ANYWAYS, this vid. god, I will never get sick of seeing you vid sam, and seeing you vid parallels, because you do both of that *perfectly* . 0:09 that first "no" parallel already killed me, every time sam flinches at the mention of lucifer's name it hits me how much he's hurting. 0:25 - 0:45 ok no, don't attack me with this scene. that scene is PHENOMENAL, and I can't watch it without tearing up, and it'll never not break my heart that sam put his faith in god because he wanted to believe god gave him these visions when in reality, it was lucifer 0:46 - 0:52 THE HORROR IN HIS FACE WHEN HE SEES LUCIFER IS ALWAYS EXACTLY THE SAME NO NO NO I DON'T WANT THIS BUT ALSO HOW IS JARED SO CONSISTENT AND SO GOOD??? 1:04 I had chills all over my body when sam started yelling, gosh this scene was truly something else 1:22 - 1:28 *THAT PARALLEL* I'M ON THE FLOOR, I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO CONNECTED THESE TWO SCENES IN THAT MOMENT, BUT OFC YOU DID SO, TOO ;____; ........ AND THE SULLY QUOTE AT THE END IN COMBINATION WITH SAM'S SCARED AND ASHAMED FACIAL EXPRESSION, WHO ALLOWED THIS THAT HIT ME SO HARD I CAN'T "it's super important" yes. it really is. I hope they'll keep this storyline up and finally resolve it, and won't drop it again like they have so many other times before. sam deserves to finally be free from his trauma. I don't think i need to tell you how much I loved this video, but yeah, I'm gonna say it anyway: this was another masterpiece. sam deserves to be edited by someone as brilliant as you, and I'll never stop thanking you for doing it

Honestly Sam's journey has been really inspiring. I find that Lucifer damaged Sam in the same way my father did to me. So when I see Sam shake in fear in front of the literal devil, it makes me feel less bad about being terrified of my personal devil. But also, the fact that he's facing Lucifer, even when crying, damn I wish to grow to be half as brave as Sam Winchester.
