I was much higher body fat i've started 10 days before this cut and im way behind..losing +/- 1 pound a week but natural it's not as quick as enhanced..significant lost but nothing compared to this lvl so guys if you're not as shreds as Sam Day 52 dont panic +/- 1 pounds a week is very good Keep grinding !

I agree with the undulation technique in working out. So starting with a main compound strength movement then leading the rest of the workout in a more hypertrophic workout makes sense to any wave periodization where you are working from strict hypertrophy to hybrid hypertrophy/strength to strength then leading that to a peaking phase. Well…that’s grounds for a ground breaking and shattering PR. If bodybuilding even touches one component of that then I say you might be in the butter zone.

I'm wondering on the pre pump front lat pose if your elbows could get more inline with each other. Maybe they can't, but the elbows seems to be pointed forward at 35° ish angles at 13:12 marker. Just wondering if you could get that down to 10° or so and how that might look. I think elbows flatter or more in line would..Could create a bigger window to see the lat from the front. Again, maybe not. Would be nice to see a dead straight camera view of front lat pose. Angled is tough to judge.

I got to my gym at 4:30am and walked out the door at 8:30am. Biking 1 hr, basketball 15 minutes, 1 hr sauna, 30 minute cold plunge, 20 minute swim, 45 minute soak in the hottub. Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!
