Honestly I find this trailer more effictive at conveying the message than the whole movie. I find myself comming back to this many times whereas I've only seen the full thing once. The message is simple so the format should be simple. Fitting really "be still and know"

All attachment obstructs Moksha (liberation), The desire for Moksha is an attachment. In Brahmanism Samadhi is NOT surrender. Samadhi is transcendence. Triumph. Samadhi is static Sthtitha Prajnya is dynamic. In Sthitha Prajnya, the complete realization of the moment the stillness is found in motion and happening. One could equally say, "Know and be still? Ahamkara: The "I" or ego: You must find your own meaning. In Budhism, Jainism, as well as the Upanishads and the Sutras (the Vedas do not dwell on this) there are any number of interpretations that led to many different religions within Brahmanism itself. I subscribe to the Advaita School and hold my Ego (or self) to be a manifestation of Brahma. The balance in society arises from the recognition that others' egos are similar manifestations. I read my personal actions, manifesting my superb and divine ego, that I do not negate or diminish, within the compass of Karma and Dharma. When I identify myself with my body, Brahma is the Creator and I, his eternal devotee. When I identify myself with my spirit I am a fragment of the Universal Brahma. When I identify myself with my Aatma, Brahma and I are one.

+Suchindranath Aiyer Weclome to the Inner Worlds channel. Language is extremely slippery when we are pointing to the nondual. The language of the mind is clumsy and imprecise and tends to divide us, while the language of the heart unites and joins us. I will try to write from my heart, to realize that which connects us and joins us as one. Hopefully you can hear beyond these written words. To "desire" Moksha is a paradox to the mind. It is a desire to end all desires. How can one be attached to ending all attachments? It brings the mind to its own limit. The impulse comes not from the egoic mind but from higher mind or Will, and it is the evolutionary force that facilitates awakening and movement to that which is beyond duality, as you say, "transcendence". This union is beyond duality, beyond stillness and movement, form and emptiness, motion and non-motion. Gate gate, para gate, parasam gate, bodhi svaha (in the words of the Buddha.... gone, gone, far beyond, completely beyond, the awakened truth is"). The egoic mind is only a true expression of the divine when it becomes a servant of the heart. "Be still and know" is not an intellectual position. It is a call to deep meditation. Sit for 3 hours without moving mind or body and you will "know". The divisions between religions and traditions are created by the human egoic mind, and the desire to be right. When we drop the mind and live by the direction of the heart, then there is no need for such distinctions. Samadhi is chitta vritti nirodha. It is cessation of the mind/ self structure. This can happen sometimes accidentally, such as with a beginner at a meditation retreat, if they make a maximum effort. But prajna is the mature understanding of how one attains and stays in Samadhi, and true relationship between form and emptiness. Samadhi without prajna will be a short lived experience, albeit often a life changing one.

The state of Samadhi is pure empty observation and staying as that perfectly surrendered in the now fully awake and aware the ego vanishes the mind vanishes into the the stillness the silence of the void. stay as the empty sky till the clear light shines brigher and brighter then the Sun.

***** I had to get through this same thing, I was chasing it, I believed in it, I have had personal experiences of all sorts while practicing Qigong and standing meditations (some intense stuff too). Though, despite believing and having experiences I was still missing it somehow, it was when I started letting go of that chase, looking inward deeply, letting go of everything, while still not really chasing it anymore, but rather, it came back to me, and let me tell you, it will reveal itself to you in such a way that you will know without a doubt when it does. Very beautifully done. This feels like a whole film. There are possible so many sections that could have deeper fleshing out on film. I think it'd be interesting to have each piece or layer as it's own 9 - 12 minute dynamic powerful short that togethers makes a "whole" film. Released as Internet theater - best viewed on one's computer monitor as a meditative experience or with others.
