One time I was talking to my mom, and I was about to get up to get a jacket out of the closet and I saw a VERY tall shadow figure come out of the closet and walk towards me. I started having a panic attack so bad and so sudden my mom thought it was a seizure. She turned on the light (there was a lamp on, so it wasn't just the dark) it's been years later, and it left but came back about a year ago maybe and it's still in my room. I see it in my peripheral vision alot,especially when walking out of a room or into my bedroom window outside. I see it in my window when I'm outside, I see someone move in my room and stand in the window, not to mention that almost the entirety of my dad's side that is still alive are mediums. (2:49 is the closest I could get to how it showed itself to me that night)
