Great cover! Years ago, I was fortunate enough to see Neil Young solo/acoustic at the Tower in Philly. He led into this song by saying, "This here's a song that starts out slow and fizzles out altogether; guaranteed to bring you down. It's called Don't Let it Bring You Down." Classic Neil.
