It will be stupid for WWE to suddenly put her into other roles when she's the best announcer they have. You're well known in wrestling community as a ring announcer only. Nah from her statement when leaving it seemed clear to me that she wanted to sing and or act, and she can't really do that as the main announcer for WWE. She was VERY good but putting her above anyone is silly. You were just exposed to her constantly because of the content being pumped out. She was just as much a tiktoker as she was an announcer. You couldn't avoid her content and then the echo chamber of how great she was. It also helped that she was very attractive, that never hurts when piling up views and recognition. If you ever caught a show in person it kinda ruined the facade a little bit. Like when you cringe at people recording tiktoks in public. She would have sometimes multiple people set to film her on their phones, do little rehearsed reactions, want to be more a centrepiece of the performance than the wrestlers.... Again, VERY good but social media would have you convinced she pioneered colorufl announcing cos you literally couldn't avoid her content for over a year

The biggest issue of Samantha wanting to be a character and not just a ring announcer is that her character will be developed around being the fiancée of Riccochet. Unfortunately, he is an amazing performer and that’s just it, so Samantha’s character would be very limited because of how limited her husband’s character is. A great example of this is King Booker and Queen sharmell. Booker T already had an amazing character in WWE and he was able to elevate Sharmell. Another great Example is Macho Man Randy Savage and Elizabeth. Robin is only a memorable character because of his relationship to Batman and how iconic Batman is. Riccochet is no Batman.

She said herself she didnt like being a ring announcer. And people have said she was one of the best EVER! Now just imagine what she can do in a field that she's actually passionate about 😮 I'm wishing her nothing but the best

She was so good. She put her own spin on every wrestler. Idk why they didnt give her something more.

Samantha I really going to miss her!! She puts her heart ♥️ and soul in Announcing!! WWE should have done what they could to keep her!!!!

The WWE was just a stepping stone to what she really wants to do and that's become a musician and I respect that. Follow your dreams not what other people want you to do.

She low key wrote her announcements into sheet music!!! That's amazing 🔥🔥🔥

As incredible as she's been as a ring announcer and even though she's probably in my top 3 all time, she's an artist by nature. She's an incredible vocalist and she even plays some instruments if I'm not mistaken. She's brilliant. If she feels she wants or needs to do more, I'm fully supportive of it. Spread your wings and fly Samantha! We'll miss you, but we won't be as sad knowing you're happy.

Enjoy her for the amazing work she did, and be thankful we had her at all! Best of luck to her going forward

I understand it's a hot take and y'all do y'all but I genuinely didn't enjoy her work as a ringside talent. Lots of people saw her deliveries as authentic and emotional, I just always found them amateurish and lackluster. You know how they say some singers don't sing but just scream or talk into their mics? That was Samantha for me, she didn't announce, she just didn't do it for me whatsoever. (If replies aren't respectful like I am don't even bother lol).

She’s missed for sure. Her passion for what she did pulled the fans in even more. Watching her reactions to matches or promos was epic. I wish her the best in whatever her future holds because whatever it is, she’s going to blow the top off it.

I wish she would've stayed & been happy announcing because she was so insanely talented but I do hope she makes her dreams come true & respect her for not just hanging around because she's good at something

She was fine... ... and I mean that in the context of her ring announcing. She was ok. She got the job done. Was she a good as The Buffer bros, Fink, or Oakerland? Not even close.

That’s crazy even though this wasn’t exactly what she wanted, she was very damn good at her job and became imo top 2nd best ring announcer. She should be very proud of that

With a voice like that she’s probably an incredibly special singer, that’s her dream let her fulfill it.

Its an example of someone being so good at what they do, they dont want them to do anything else. Like a Dishwasher at a resturant being such a good dishwasher he never gets to be a line cook

Sometimes hard workers doesn't get back as much as they give , but in Samantha's case everything is perfect, and being a ring announcer in wwe is dream job for every one.

Seeing Samantha leave really made it harder on other ring announcers to follow up she’s one of a kind and she’s the goat for a reason ❤
