I have super dry eyes and had cataract surgery this year. One of the things my eye dr put me on is Autologous Serum drops. Yes, you have your blood drawn, and the use the serum to make the eye drops. Total game changer. They really work. Only drawback is they have to be refrigerated and the extra bottles have to be frozen. But while at home I use them about 4x/day. I live in North Texas and the humidity varies wildly, currently we are very dry. Also make sure any eye drops you use do NOT have preservatives. My dr likes Oasis plus and refresh celluvisc. Also an ointment at night is good- he likes Systane. I am telling you I could write the book on dry eyes. A piece of bad news that he told me (which I don’t care I’m still doing) is putting eye pencils in the waterline is drying.

Re dry eyes- I use castor oil on my lash line every night & I feel like since I’ve started do it (year+) I don’t have to use eye drops almost at all anymore

Regarding dry eye - I increased my water intake and also used Ultima electrolyte powder in my water to help with the dehydration.

For dry eye try systane ointment. Put it in eyes just before you go to sleep. 90+% of the time no dry eye.

I have tried everything for my dry eye. LASIK took me to another level of dryness. I am currently using Tyrvaya. It’s a nasal spray that I use twice a day. Tyrvaya activates the trigeminal parasympathetic pathway in the nose, which increases the production of natural tears. It doesn’t get sprayed up the nose, but onto the inner, lower lining of the nose…kinda weird, but whatever. I think it may be helping….maybe. It’s only been a few months and I am hopeful.

I am so impressed you walk 4 hours/day, love that! Question, do you do the same route twice per day? and how do you keep it 'interesting' for lack of better word, I love to walk, but I find myself getting kind of bored after a bit. Any tips would be helpful :)

If using OTC drops must be PF only ( preservative free) My ophthalmologist inserts ocular beads in my tear ducts keeps fluid in the eye.

Hi gorgeous, loved your video! I would recommend a water filter on your showerhead. I got one and it makes a huge difference. One of my favourite pre-wash masks is pure aloe vera gel, I massage it into my scalp and drench my hair in it for 20-30 mins, it will give you extra shine and makes it soft and hydrated😘

I live right outside of Denver and my eyes get sooooo dry! I had to quit wearing my contacts. Someone recommended these eye drops. The single use does not have perservatives and it was a game changer. The perservatives can be drying and irrate as well.......there are different kinds but they helped me so much!
